Snow White Loses Appeal to Retain Road to Independence Funds

Snow White, who many of you will know from this blog as my former Guardian ad Litem youth who aged out of foster care had her funding terminated because of her "failure to make progress" due to caring for her ill toddler, has lost her appeal. She is left with tough choices and I'm left wondering if this is our state's newest method of cutting its budget for foster care and aged out youth.

I'm too pissed off to say anything more about it right now.
